Bought a ticket from them, paid and received the confirmation email and after 7mn they called me asking questions about y i didn't pay for carry-on, nicely told them no thx and there were very persistent. After the phone call my flight got canceled and they refused to help when i called them back abt what happened. Now thought that was my bad luck until my cousins and my 3 sisters experienced the same problem still with cheapoair after declining paying for carry-on. Worst Agency ever bad customer service extre rude hang-up on my face 3 times. That picture evidence down below was received exactly 10mn after that phone call and it happened to the 6 of us buying separately 4 of us with different last names.
