customer service totally useless. Not easy to contact them as have to wait a phone calls. No email available. keep adding charge without any explanation. I am yet to find out why they charged 15 USD added alomost 2 weeks after the ticket sale has gone through.
very unprofessional and slow. I can book flight direct from the airline. I should have done it.
