“Misleading Price Match Promise and Terrible Customer Service” CheapOair’s so-called “Price Match Promise” is a complete scam. I found the exact same flight on Turkish Airlines’ official website for a lower price, but they refused to honor the price match due to their absurdly restrictive policies. They limit price matches to only a few competitor websites, making their promise meaningless. This experience was frustrating and misleading. I will never use CheapOair again, will not recommend it to anyone, and advise others to avoid their deceptive practices. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability.
