I booked a flight and car rental through CheapoAir, and the car rental experience was extremely misleading. They advertise “free cancellation” without clearly explaining the strict conditions. Hidden fees appeared, including brokerage charges, and no one took responsibility. Customer service was a nightmare—long hold times, unhelpful reps, rude interruptions, and no supervisor to escalate to. Once you pay, there’s almost no way to resolve issues. If you value transparency and respect as a customer, I strongly advise thinking twice before booking here. This company fails on clarity, accountability, and service.
