Oliver rang me back in a timely manner, was pleasant and exceeded my expectations for the call.
He listened well, progressed the issue and got a police check result within moments.
It was it was extremely helpful to speak with him, and his confidence in the process, reviews and other problems/resolutions made me happy to have spoken with him in person. Online chat, when people are multi-tasking, is inefficient and inspires little confidence.
It’s a problem for checked to address: trying to limit customers to online chat damages confidence in checked and its processes. You’ve asked your staff to divide their time between different tasks, and it shows. It damages confidence in checked’s capabilities and customer service.
