“I have use this company for many years and I have all my friends and family I have helped them to go through this company here for there police check here in Australia. They have the best customer service system that is so easy to understand when filling out the questions and uploading the ID documents. They have the best response and have your certificate emailed with in a few days for your job that you apply for. This system is affordable and please use this system and share with your family and friends when needing a police check clearance. Thank you once once again to your team for the amazing service and helping me for the many years of serving me and many more years to come. Every international over seas needing police check clearance look no further. Use this system.”

“The selfie I used for 2 previous police clearances, including this site just over a month ago, was rejected, causing an unecessary delay in processing my clearance. How is it that in December they accepted it and in January, one month later, the exact same picture was rejected. Obviously they don't run a consistent system!”

“I used the service because it advertised 1 hour turn around (I paid extra for this) I received an email that said it may take 7-14 days for a response. NOTQUITE ONE HOUR Misleading advertising”

“My application was flagged for manual review, which I initially understood might delay the process by two or three days. However, as of 12/09/2025, I have been waiting eight days for my NPC and have now been advised that I may not receive my certificate until 25/09/2025. This delay is unacceptable. I now risk not securing the graduate paramedic position I am applying for as a direct result of this company’s inefficiency. Had I known there would be such significant delays, I would never have used this service. I deeply regret my decision and will not be using this company again. As a lifelong Australian citizen with all original documents readily available, I did not expect such an excessive and disruptive delay. I do not recommend Checked.com.au.”

“I have applied for fast Police check clearance certificate. I have been nearly waiting for results more than 2 months. When I emailed them for up dates, they said it’s system errors and I have to wait another 10 to 15 days. I am very frustrated with their service. Lost my 3 weeks pay and potentially lost for job.”

“"I had a fantastic experience with the Customer Success Team, specifically Jett and Reilly. I was initially confused about the correct type of police check needed for my citizenship application, and they quickly clarified that I required a federal police check, not just a standard police check. They were incredibly helpful and, to my surprise and delight, immediately processed a full refund of my payment. Their prompt and accurate assistance saved me a lot of time and potential frustration. I'm very grateful for their excellent service. 5 stars!"”
