“It took a while to process my application and my emails were getting sent back and forwards without identifying the problem. After requesting a call back from checked support team, Oliver contacted me and was very helpful and was able to complete the process asap.”

“It did take a while to process However having paid an extra fee for a mailed hard Copy which never came Chelsea was very helpful & sorted it out .”

“The site was relatively easy to use, although not easy to submit the photo. I did feel it was a bit pricey as I needed certificate quickly but no worse than the others. All in all a good service”
