I understand that they can be short staffed. It happens and not their fault. However, I spent 26 minutes in line for a Chicken box/fries, no drink. When I finally got my meal and made it back to my office, I had barely a handful of fries and only 5 chicken bites.
Did not have time to return but just check your food before driving off. Lesson learned.
