“I place an order through Checkers website and picked up my food and my burgers were ice cold as if they had been refrigerated and the fries were lukewarm. I took them back and they remade it only for me to get less than 5 minutes away and my burger was very sloppy and still hot.”

“These hamburgers are only mediocre, nothing special. Staff very unorganized and not knowledgeable. Only one kind of fries, extremely overseasoned. "large: milkshake " what most other fast food places call medium. Very small eat-in area. The "chocolate" milkshake I think they kind of waved the chocolate sauce over it. Pale whitish-cream color. No chocolate taste at all. Could not drink it. Do not waste your money. Five Guys hamburgers and fries really good, so is Freddy's . Will not go back again. If I could give zero stars I would.”

So first issue, date ON coupon was still 3 days more, but when I hit redeem it said it was expired. OK mngr fixed that, but THEN... Onion Fries... was sold a little bitty pretend box with 9 one inch pieces for $3.49???
Y'all are ripping off YOUR customers & a LOT of people I talked to won't ever come back cause of that... REAL SAD to chase good paying folks away, but the product I mentioned, not only is WAY OVERPRICED, they didn't taste that good, plus I am a grown adult, so how are you logically going to sell me a portion fit for a 2 year old, & at THAT price?
