But boy oh boy. What a pleasure to show there. The manager Mr Juan Bird is so professional and friendly. I have not had this experience in the previous 2 checkers. You can see the staff have a deep respect for him. He remembers you, greets you.
When you're shopping, staff actually come up and ask you if they can be of assistance.

We’ve got a new Checkers at The Square, and honestly, I didn’t think much of it at first as we already have a few in town.
But wow, what a pleasure to shop there! The manager, Mr. Juan Bird, is incredibly professional and friendly. You can tell the staff truly respect him — he remembers you, greets you warmly, and sets such a positive tone in the store.
The difference is noticeable: staff actually approach you to ask if you need assistance (a rare thing these days!).
I’ve only ever experienced rudeness and indifference at some of the other Checkers, especially at the Hyper, but this new branch is on a completely different level.
Well done to Mr. Bird and the team, it’s a breath of fresh air!
