“I visited Checkers store #6296, order number DS208, on 5/13/26 and ordered four chilli dogs. The hot dogs were prepared per my order and tasted much better than the ones I complained about in 12/2025 (they tasted like soap). Unfortunately three of the hot dogs were placed vertically in a bag that was to small and all the condiments fell off the hot dog and were laying in the bottom of the container. The fourth hot dog container was laid horizontally upside down on top of the others - all the condiments fell out. I recently visited a checkers near Orlando Florida and also had chilli dogs. They were well prepared, well packed, and they tasted great (much betterthan at this store). I'm not sure why this would be.”

The woman (manager) said I needed to leave without my food even after showing my license and my order in the Checkers app. It showed my order was for pick-up in the app. It didn't matter, none of the employee's seemed to understand how the Checkers app works and didn't seem to care whatsoever. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any fast food place ever. I contacted Checkers and am still waiting for my refund and an explanation a week later.
