I wasn't happy. They over charged me and on my receipt it says driver receipt but no numbers so we could do the guestobsessed survey. I'd hate to see them fall to the other burger places standards because I love your Big Buford and olive burger. And that robot at drive through is a pain in the butt !!!!!!

It has been days since I reported my cancelled order 85458306A on 8th of June. My wallet balance of R529.84 to Checkers Sixty60 disappeared after the order was cancelled by your app. I have phoned and spoken to 2 consultants Ref 2945580 on 8th June then last night 11th of June again Ref 2954081. I have sent emails as well. When will you pay back my money? Who can u speak to other than yet another consultant saying it will be done within 24 - 48 hrs?

I went to your Checkers location on Wednesday night around 11:15 pm,On Grand River near Southfield Fwy.I ordered A large Triple Big Buford meal,and cheese sticks,I recieved A Small cheese burger ,not the triple I ordered,no way the employee didn't know this was A small burger,Fies were fine,the cheese sticks I could have left there at the store,And the coke I ordered was just water and ice,I didn't eat the meal be asue I felt I would end up sick, Either the soda issue was intentional or that drink had been sitting for A lengthy amount of time.I paid almost 17 dollars for this meal to be.highly.disappointed.I just departed from working A 12 hours shift and this wasn't what I expect to spend my hard earned money on....I sorry but this is unacceptable by any standards...

The checker burger was terrible, fries were oily chicken bites were ok, drink with all the ice in it was almost non-existent.

I understand that they can be short staffed. It happens and not their fault. However, I spent 26 minutes in line for a Chicken box/fries, no drink. When I finally got my meal and made it back to my office, I had barely a handful of fries and only 5 chicken bites. Did not have time to return but just check your food before driving off. Lesson learned.

Got spicy chicken sandwich they are the bomb. What didn't help was ice cold fries. Got a yea and a nay same order.dont know if they'll get another chance

New Restaurant in South Knoxville and the Buzz around it was Really Good. Well I wasn't so impressed it tasted just like Burger King's burger and I don't care for them either. It sure didn't look nothing like the picture on the menu. The Lettuce suppose to be crispy but instead it was wilted and hot not cold like it supposed to be. I just didn't like it. I ate it cause I was hungry but I won't go back. I was really disappointed they don't offer or stand out to have anything I want. Not impressed. Also below you want my email to verify my order Now how are you going to do that I paid in cash and how is my email to linked anyway. Do not Sale my Information

We’ve been going to Checkers in Tonawanda, NY for quite a long time. They’ve had a recent change in management. We were greatly disappointed. The big Buford was OK, just OK. The mother, cruncher chicken, was over cooked, hard coating and very dry. French fries were not freshly cooked as they normally have been. We ordered our lunch to go, and found our disappointing lunch when we arrived home with it. Needless to say we will not be back. Check # 10020 WU119 #3552 $31.47 for an awful lunch

Dec. 2nd, 2022. They messed up my order and when I addressed it they took my card and pretended to void my purchase and kept the food. The charge went through anyway. Sorry, no free meals on me, nice try though.

Service always sucks! Nobody wants to come to the window and nobody wants to be professional. These guys arent even taking orders anymore its a robot taking the orders and the orders still cant come in on time ! 35 minutes stuck in the drive thru window and nobody has came yet. Worst experience ever

South African (Western Cape) All Call: We live in a wonderful country, in which one of the perks is access to a once in a while quality steak. Unless you buy it from #Checkers lately. I see the quality of #Checkers aged rump and fillet cuts has gone the way of the porcelain throne. The prices are as high as ever. They truly must think the public won't notice. The result is a needless loss of profit. Management gone wrong? If you feel like blunting your teeth on sinew and tasteless produce, then by all means, as you were. #anotheronebitesthedust #Service #Fail

The reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is because at least the shop was clean. I have lost all of my confidence in checkers Menlyn. We decided to go buy the weeks food at checkers because of the specials they had. We bought some frozen veggies only to discover that all of the bags we bought were rotten and had a horrible sour stench to them. These frozen greens have obviously defrosted and gone bad but for greedy reasons checkers still decided to sell them but on special. The same happened with the frozen bags of chicken friends of ours bought there this week. They had to throw away all of it. Moreleta checkers at the cnr of Rubenstein and garsfontein also managed to disappoint. Your products especially the "fresh" fruit and vegetables are on their way out but yet you still sell them. The unhelpful butchery at the back smells like rotten meat and there is nothing champion about your champion boerewors. In addition, your cashiers are very slow, and it takes a long time to pay for your products and get out of that place. Unfortunately, I don't think my review will make any difference whatsoever to make a difference to your customer service and greed, as this has been already established in your organization's culture. Hopefully someone here reads this and decides to go to another store and give checkers a skip.

You need to take down your ads when they've expired we went there thinking that we were going to get a shake with our drink and two burgers and a fry for $5 instead we got your other $5 meal and the chicken nuggets taste like they were made 6 hours ago.

ME AND MY FAMILY ORDERED TWO CHEASE BURGERS GOT TWO REGUIER BURGERS AND THE LADDY THAT TOOK ARE ORDER TRIED TO SELL US TWO OF THE LARGEST BUGERS IM NOT HAPPY ABOUT AND THERE WAS SO MUCH MUSTERD ON IT I COULDENT TASTE THE BURGER ON THE OTHER ONE WE ORDERED MANASE ON IT TO YOU COULD BARLY SEE THE MANASE THERE WAS SO MUTCH OF THE OTHER CONDAMANTS IT TASTES LIKE NOTHING I've never had a worse Burger I read some reviews and they say that they have 5:00 in the morning and then they stick him in a drawer and when you order them they fry them again so you think you're getting a freshly fried Burger well you're at well you're right I'm extremely mad I'm really mad of what I'm not I'm never going back never going back it is just awful I do not recommend this

I ordered two SMALL (single)bacon cheeseburgers with no onion, no pickle,no lettuce, no tomato, light ketchup light mustard. After a few minutes a price was given to me of $15.45. I questioned that and she said oh that's a double. I didn't order a double. The price was adjusted back to $11 and some change. I got up to the window $14.35 was the new price. The inexperienced girl who smiled at me was then approached by a management person, and she said oh yes I forgot to add the bacon that's why it went from $11 up to 14. 35. And I looked at her and said that's not the price you quoted me and we were very clear on what we ordered. She then said yes but I forgot to add the bacon when she clearly talked about the bacon during the ordering process. I found the burger to be mediocre minus taste, at best and unfortunately with the way that the price was handled I will probably not go back there without some incentive. I don't think it was right for the price to be changed without asking me and possibly should have just been given the bacon free considering the confusion. Had I not owned a credit card and only had the $12 in cash, that I had with me, I could not have made the purchase. It was embarrassing and stressful and I should not have to have that when I go get a cheeseburger.

A total rip off. The sign has one price and when you go to pay it's a higher price! Avoid this corrupt business.
