I have used Woolworths Checkers & Pick n Pay for many years I find the work ethic of ALL LEVELS of CHECKERS staff to be most unprofessional. Customer service is rock bottom from top down! Floor staff have never heead of this concept it seems!.. Always have to double check the price of each product as the shelf price and grams weight at fruit n veg is inaccurate or not congruent with till price . Recently i was charde over R100 for 4 bananas! Mistake made by floor staff weighing product! To get the mistake attended to and rectified took > 30 minutes.. and then with a huff from staff. Altogether wary of CHECKERS!! And as for the 60/60 scooter people with total disregard for Traffic rules .. iwonder whether they have legitimate, legal drivers licences¿ The revamped stores are lovely to shop in but the staff attitude ruins the experience!
