You literally have to reach across your vehicle to get you delivery or stand in the rain while a team member decides when to acknowledge you standing there. As if they are being bothered to have to speak directly and not thru a drive thru. The right side of the building drive thru should be for everyone. If I have to pull up and wait then I have that option. But reaching across my vehicle with thw chance of spilling a customers order. Not good, not happy. That drive thru might work in another country but not in the USA.”

Then I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name and slammed the window in my face. This is unacceptable. This person needs to be fired. I've never had someone try to argue with me when I tell them they messed up my sandwich. Shame on your company!! And shame on you for not getting back to me!!”
