“I visited Checkers store #6296, order number DS208, on 5/13/26 and ordered four chilli dogs. The hot dogs were prepared per my order and tasted much better than the ones I complained about in 12/2025 (they tasted like soap). Unfortunately three of the hot dogs were placed vertically in a bag that was to small and all the condiments fell off the hot dog and were laying in the bottom of the container. The fourth hot dog container was laid horizontally upside down on top of the others - all the condiments fell out. I recently visited a checkers near Orlando Florida and also had chilli dogs. They were well prepared, well packed, and they tasted great (much betterthan at this store). I'm not sure why this would be.”
“I order Checkers all the time. I decided to order the chicken tenders this time. They had no taste and alot of breading with little meat. Very disappointed.”
“I wasn't happy. They over charged me and on my receipt it says driver receipt but no numbers so we could do the guestobsessed survey. I'd hate to see them fall to the other burger places standards because I love your Big Buford and olive burger. And that robot at drive through is a pain in the butt !!!!!!”
“We’ve been going to Checkers in Tonawanda, NY for quite a long time. They’ve had a recent change in management.
We were greatly disappointed.
The big Buford was OK, just OK.
The mother, cruncher chicken, was over cooked, hard coating and very dry.
French fries were not freshly cooked as they normally have been.
We ordered our lunch to go, and found our disappointing lunch when we arrived home with it. Needless to say we will not be back.
