I came there to go grab food at 1:40 and no one is saying anything about the speaker nor did anyone come to the window. But they say they don’t close until 2 AM.

Ordering through drive-was a nightmare and precursor to the quality. Lady taking order would ask if that was it after every item. Food was rushed the same. Soggy chili cheese fries and chicken Parm fries the same plus extremely salty yet bland. Burgers were put together by a two yr old. Never again. Twelve yrs ago it was my favorite place. Ide rather heat up a hungry man dinner. I truly believe it's a staffing issue. I have the same experience all over Grand rapids at every fast food joint.

I always liked checkers however I decided to try the wings this time. Ordered 10 piece and to my surprise it's was nearly 20.00 for the meal..I said to the cashier dang that's very expensive for 10 piece wing meal.they better be very good for that price. Well to my surprise they were NOT good no flavor very little meat over cooked and I will never get them again now I know why the price is not posted on menu also...will never be tricked like that again...makes me not want to go back to checker's just because I feel I got robbed on that 10 piece wing meal....the restaurants locally don't charge that much for 10 piece and quality is much better!!! Very disappointed i

I am a customer service delivery driver and just feel that the lane for delivery personal is not satisfactory. You literally have to reach across your vehicle to get you delivery or stand in the rain while a team member decides when to acknowledge you standing there. As if they are being bothered to have to speak directly and not thru a drive thru. The right side of the building drive thru should be for everyone. If I have to pull up and wait then I have that option. But reaching across my vehicle with thw chance of spilling a customers order. Not good, not happy. That drive thru might work in another country but not in the USA.

The checkers on Broad was disgusting and the service was horrible,we drove up to the window and gave the cashier our card she didn't speak after she received our payment the hamburger was horrible the lettuce wasn't fresh the fries was soggy and so we went back to the drive thru to get more fresh fries and they were no better then the ones she gave us,my grandbaby chicken bites were not hot and the fries were soggy in the box too.They need to get better management there and someone that talks at the window because we told her thank you and happy New year and she still didn't say a word just closed the window, HORRIBLE FOOD HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOR THE PRICE I PAID TO EAT THERE WE WOULD'VE EXPECTED BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER FOOD, THAT'S WHY I WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO MANDEVILLE FOR NOW ON BECAUSE I GET EVERYTHING DONE THE RIGHT WAY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ON THE SPOT

There is something wrong with your manager at this location, and I reported it to your corporate office and it's been a couple of weeks and nobody called me back!! My family ordered food at your restaurant and your manager was cooking the food and they got my sandwich wrong. I went back up to get the sandwich fixed and your staff accused me of lying. She said I know I put a sandwich in there only ketchup. I said, do you want me to show you the other sandwich? She said yeah. So I walked back to the table my husband was sitting at and grabbed the sandwich out of his hands and brought it back to her. I was stunned. I've never had anyone call me a liar when they mess up my sandwich. So I brought back the other sandwich and I said see. And she gave me no apology. Nothing. Then I looked at her and asked her what was wrong with her. She said what's wrong with you. I said are you kidding me? Why would you argue with a customer when you messed up? Then I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name and slammed the window in my face. This is unacceptable. This person needs to be fired. I've never had someone try to argue with me when I tell them they messed up my sandwich. Shame on your company!! And shame on you for not getting back to me!!

The meal was late for pickup the chicken nuggets were hard as a rock and way to small for a half pound mostly fries .

1. Your host was rude 2.pur food was cold and old.I had to request fresh. 3.The place quite dirty.Doors walls and floors. 4.I told host thank you and got dirty look.

The 5 for $5 is advertised as: cheeseburger or the spicy chicken, fries, chicken bites, a drink and a apple pie... my burger had no cheese and I didn't receive an apple pie

Very poor customer service. No refunds despite Sent to phone Despite full photos attached each time od product fetects. Bb date Barcode Till slip They won't collect defective products Yet I for doing nothing wrong must spend addition petrol and bring in the products. Unacceptable

‘Checkers Galleria (Durban)’ has the most pathetic and arrogant security guards in the store. They follow you from isle to isle and stare at you as if you are a criminal/shoplifting. There are many times that I have abandoned my shopping due to this. There is especially an African lady (chubby in appearance) that is guilty of this rude behavior. She clearly needs to get a life or needs to be trained on how to be a professional security. I was so close to opening a police case of harassment/intimidation at one stage against the store because of their security but didn’t wish to waste my precious time on someone who seems clearly stupid. This is a reflection of the store standards itself in my opinion. The management of the store is equally pathetic.

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work! What a team of trained polite energetic kind employees! A credit to this owner and his expertise in this business. No other food service location gives as fast and accurate orders and shows appreciation for your repeat business!

Every single background check even ones we knew had crimes came back clean. Tried to call customer service. There is none. Just a chatbot that understands nothing. Done with this company.

THE WOMAN THAT TOOK MY LUNCH ORDER COULD BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH AND APPARENTLY DOESN'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. I ORDERED A #7 COMBO WHICH IS CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH AND ENDED GETTING A PLAIN HAMBURGER. PLEASE REMOVE THIS WOMAN FROM TAKING ORDERS. CROYDON, PA. JUNE 3RD 2024.

Sold me prawns that were off and refused a refund! An an absolutely horrible experience. I’d orders prawns on Sixty60. Prepared them for a big Eid lunch for my family and extended family only to be mortified that the prawns were off! It was excruciatingly embarrassing! Imagine the scene as people are eating and realising the prawns are off and one by one coming to tell me to take it off the table! Topping it all off when I called to request a refund they politely said no, I need the boxes as proof. Now you tell me, who keeps the boxes of frozen food items!? It’s not a TV!! If I get calls from family members saying they got food poisoning then I’m going escalate this as far as possible! How **********!! And to think I was so impressed with checkers customer service before this! I would like my refund please! And the fact that the prawns were on special proves that they knew these prawns were on their way out or already bad!! Why still put it up for sale!!! They were trying to get rid of it, and they know very well that’s it’s a hot Eid lunch item and that it would sell! Taking advantage of the patrons need for them! Order number 108909815A

I still have not received my refund! want my refund. Case#5851962. I placed an order with Checkers on January 19, 2024 and the dasher/betsy put in delivered before Door Dash could reach her, I’m standing at my door in total disbelief. I’ve made several attempts to get my refund but because Betsy lied I am stuck for $30.25. So disappointed and angry. I will be tell everyone about this encounter. SAD!😞
