I see the quality of #Checkers aged rump and fillet cuts has gone the way of the porcelain throne. The prices are as high as ever. They truly must think the public won't notice. The result is a needless loss of profit. Management gone wrong?

“I ordered two SMALL (single)bacon cheeseburgers with no onion, no pickle,no lettuce, no tomato, light ketchup light mustard.
After a few minutes a price was given to me of $15.45. I questioned that and she said oh that's a double.
I didn't order a double. The price was adjusted back to $11 and some change. I got up to the window $14.35 was the new price. The inexperienced girl who smiled at me was then approached by a management person, and she said oh yes I forgot to add the bacon that's why it went from $11 up to 14.
35. And I looked at her and said that's not the price you quoted me and we were very clear on what we ordered. She then said yes but I forgot to add the bacon when she clearly talked about the bacon during the ordering process. I found the burger to be mediocre minus taste, at best and unfortunately with the way that the price was handled I will probably not go back there without some incentive. I don't think it was right for the price to be changed without asking me and possibly should have just been given the bacon free considering the confusion. Had I not owned a credit card and only had the $12 in cash, that I had with me, I could not have made the purchase. It was embarrassing and stressful and I should not have to have that when I go get a cheeseburger.”
“went to new Checkers in Manassas on Liberia Ave. yesterday order 2 cheeseburgers and 2 milkshakes. when I got them, they had no cheese they were cold, and the buns were hard.
Would not go back again.

“I discovered something tonight that will have me avoiding Checkers in the future. I love their Cheese Champ Combo but I cannot tolerate a business practice of listing one price on the menu but yet the total price is $2 higher. I asked at the register and come to find out the dollar amount on menu is for a small combo but a medium is automatically rung up unless you specifically ASK for a small. Isn't that what they call bait and switch and there are laws against that.”

I ordered chicken, it was over salted n disgusting. I don't eat bacon/ pork, they still put bacon in, the salad was missing on my bun. The pies were warmed too long in the bag. The fries were dried put. The building needs hygienist to look at it n declare it unfit.

“save your money this place is the worst, better off going to Mcdonalds or Burger King $9.50 for 1/2 lb. chicken bites and fries(i think their scale is broke). They should be ashamed of themselves serving that sh!# to people for $9.50. The burgers are no better or should I say sliders are no better, SAVE YOUR MONEY. My first and LAST time going there. So the 1/2 lb. of chicken bites meal, a double cheese checker burger with fries, a drink and a sundae that came in a 4 oz. plastic cup came to $22.50. Could have spent less than $10.00 at Mcdonalds and got more food. DISAPPOINTED is an understatement.
I dont foresee them staying open long, the Checkers drive thru at Zions X roads they just opened today 4/19/22. Total waste of time and money, spent over 1/2 hour in the drive thru AVOID IF POSSIBLE”
“Useless service as this keeps happening that we order online and don't get items we paid for. 3rd time now and this will be the last time we use checkers!!!”
“So on Sunday we went to checkers, the lady packing forgot to put 2 on the packets in our trolley. We then called them on Tuesday to find out about these packets, the lady who helped us said she can see this footage and confirms that the parcels were left there but need to confirm with the employees why they did not log this. They then call us today to tell us to bring the receipt so we can collect the parcels. Upon getting there, the very rude and racist (my mother has an English accent so the ladies who helped us on the phone mustve assumed we white, but when this guy sees us because we aren't it was a problem) manager Mike then tells us he checked the footage and there is no parcels that were left despite the fact we confirmed with 2 different people on the phone that the parcels were there. He then proceeded to scream and shout at us and refused to help us. I am appalled at the people that checkers employs.”
“I would give 0 stars if that was an option. The fruit is off, the prego roll has a tiny piece of meat on a huge roll with only sauce on one side. Not the first time we are sent food just about expired and you get no response to complaints. The food is far from fresh and I would rather spend extra at Woolworths and get quality! I can't complain about customer service because there is non!”
“I can hear them messing up drive thru orders and not serving walk ups. The one guy that ordered before I got there was still waiting on his order after I left without being served.
One lady came to window and told me watch out; only to give the guy waiting
a drink that he had been waiting for the whole time. Mahan drive in Tallahassee Fl is the worst checkers I've ever been to.”
“I am so disappointed by the Menlyn Mall Checkers Liquor as they posted a Black Friday special on Leapards Leap Chardonnay on R50 off when you buy 2, then I bought 4 of them; however to my suprised that was not the case.
I paid the full for each bottle, which was R65.00.”
“Worse customer service; considering cashiers knowledge to correct the quality of the food.
The cashier was told that the coke cola was flat (it didn’t have gas) as well as that it didn’t have ice. So she gave me a cup of ice. It was still flat. She gave me another coke cola again with no ice; it was still flat. Now it’s my fault for leaving without checking for my receipt. I couldn’t make a formal complaint or comment at that location in Miami, Fl.

“My daughter ordered me a double checker with cheese no mayo no ketchup. This burger was smothered in mayo which made the lettuce and sandwich disgustingly soggy and gross. The fries was saturated in oil. No one should be made to eat this.”
“Money market service at Checkers Hartswater was horrible. They had one cashier attending to a very long queue on a month end, 2nd Feb 2019. Customers are not respected at all at that store”
