The advisor lied about the availability of basinets on the flights, then tried to overcharge by £600 for baggage. When I challenged this the price was reduced to £200. When I checked with the airline it turned out baggage was free.
When I had to change a ticket they changed my son's date of birth on the ticket which if I hadn't noticed would have meant his passport didn't match
They have also offered money to remove the bad review
