Very awesome service with Good Surprises! I got a call the following day after I purchased my ticket with Check N Fly & instead of some not so good news... I ended up getting Great Concierge Service with the Rep that answered my call. He helped me adjust one of my flights so my layover was timed better with my flight, got all my questions answered, & even topped it off with a free checked bag upgrade!! ...so cool cuz I got to grab some extra things I wasn't planning for but appreciated!!
