They "forgot" to book me on a connection flight return journey, I contacted them thinking all will be fixed by the time i landed from first flight journey (10.5 hrs) that glight i was full of enxiety/diarrhoea as I didn't know how it was going to pan out in a foreign country. Luckily for me the airline was not full therefore they let me in. Below is the response they gave me after complaining. "It was unfortunate circumstances where we dont have control of your reservation and it was all on the airlines end. For Goodwill Gesture we already offered you £100 Voucher to retain our services to serve you better in future as we could not provide Cheque." Needless to say I shall not be taking them up on their offer as it would be too stressful wondering if my flights will be honoured!
