Disgusting sales tactics.
They don't sell you the flight tickets as purchased online but attempt to sell you pricey tickets instead. They would give you all kinds of excuses of booked tickets not available. Still waiting for refunds.
Purchase tickets from airlines website directly and you would find life easier.
