Once they have your money, they come back asking for more, which feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I trusted their advertised prices and made my plans accordingly, only to face this unexpected increase. I would advise others to be cautious when booking with them, as this kind of practice undermines trust and creates unnecessary stress. Definitely not the kind of service I expected!
