DO NOT USE. SCAM. No IATA, ATOL or ABTA. Call handler did say "oh we are TNT" google that if you want to know what they clearly do when the booking falls through. Booked online, a few hours later I was contacted by Aaron who demanded an additional £800 from me or he would cancel my booking. Or alternatively I could be dropped to a low quality budget airline instead. Called their bluff and asked for a full refund. After many phone calls, and the suggestion of involving the police, they relented, though it apparently will take days to get the money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
