Bait and switch! Booked flights first thing in the morning. Got a phone call late in the evening to say flights only available if I pay £900 more, or I could look at flying different days/times to try and keep within budget.
This meant instead of being hundreds of pounds cheaper than the airline direct as originally promised, they were now hundreds of pounds more expensive!
I cancelled and booked direct with the airline who confirmed my booking immediately instead of wasting another day.
