I am 83 years old. Good Vibes and Nice Dreams have been so helpful for me since I am a full time care giver for my wife. My stress level is down and I have more patience as I go through the day. I know it is the products. BTW, just put in an order for the seltzer. Looking forward to sitting on the front porch in the evening and sipping away the day. Gosh, the world is spinning out of control it seems. I'm hoping this refreshing adult beverage will slow that spin and perhaps replace with a kinder one.
