Ordered on September 20th and arrived October 6th.
Had to purchase from a local shop to get what I needed. Probably will just go that route in the future.”
“I ordered your product Aug. 4 and was charged for it but never got a receipt or the product. Obviously you know I ordered because now you are asking for a review. I contacted support via email twice with no response. This is the fourth time I have purchased from you and never had a problem until now. I'll be waiting on my freebies man!”

“I gave 2 stars because I began as a regular customer & was quite satisfied. The products were just what I needed and customer service was prompt & helpful. But lately everything has changed. I have had a problem with a recent order and after 8 or so emails to support, only 1 answer...and that exchange only solved half my problem. There was an issue with the age verification system where I was verified (several times in fact) so that it did not ask me when I placed the order and yet was not applied so my order was not shipped. I FINALLY got someone at support, so they shipped 1/2 my order...I got a (2nd) confirmation on the other half but again WAS NEVER SHIPPED. Now also cannot reach customer support. I paid more than a month ago. Will not buy any more unless the issue is resolved.”
