“I ordered a package and it never arrived. I can't get a hold of nobody and it's impossible to get any information on anything as to the whereabouts of anything. One site says that it hasn't been shipped, another site says that it's been delivered. I have nothing and all I'm doing is running around the place. This is the worst online experience I've ever had. It's a shame.”
“I like the products, however the 'age verification' request caused me to drop a follow-up order. As Tommy might say, "asking people you don't know to expose themselves to possible indentity theft, is not cool, man.."”
“I would love to tell you what I think, but my original order was never delivered. I have also not heard back from support about the failed delivery (which I paid extra for a faster delivery). I in good faith re-ordered and paid in full. It sure doesn't make me a happy customer and given all this once I recieve (hopefully) this delivery I hope it is as good as the hype.

“You held up my shipment twice no because you are out of the Kosmic cruise chews. I had to call you guys to get the remainder of the order shipped that you were holding back for a week. Now it will be 2 full weeks for my order to arrive and it's not even what I ordered in full. Very very unhappy!”

“I ordered my item on July 16th and it has to ship. Today is July 25th. Customer service has yet to respond to my two email inquiries as to what is going on. So take that for what it’s worth.”
“Your website is not easy to use. When you click on one thing, it goes all the way back, possibly 10 pages of something that you were looking for when you try to add your information. If you do want to order something it keeps going bonkers. And asking your name and telling you. Your name is wrong and you haven't even left that that part of the depression yet. And then you give a tracking number that. Can't be tracked the package cannot be tracked. So I made my first order approximately 10 days ago. I'm still waiting on delivery, but the website as an older person. I'm gonna tell you sucks Buttermilk. Not an easy sight to get around. I had to back out of the site. I think it was 5 times before. I could finally get all my information in that's way too much time. Ask a young kid to fix it for ya. Take outhank God, I have a grandson to help me along the wbye.”
