“First of all I finally got the product I ordered and love it. Problem was the shipping. I waited for over 2 weeks after I got the item shipped notification and it never got shipped nor was I informed of any problems. I finally reached out to customer service ( who was really nice ) and found out it was on backorder. Maybe if I had been told of the backorder it would have been a better experience. As for the initial order it still shows as label printed and courier waiting for parcel.”

“I emailed this direct to support twice with no response….. I loved the blazers so I ordered 7 more bottles. The new shipment (pictured on the left) came in noticeably shorter bottles and are very noticeably smaller joints. I must say I’m disappointed in the quality control. There’s no way the new shipment contains .75 grams per joint and that adds up to quite a shortage when you order 7 bottles (or what should be an oz total).”

My only disappointment is the length of time it takes to receive the product after placing an order. So far, wait time over 7 days. Yes, I know I can pay extra for quicker delivery. But why? Amazon can get product to a customer within 24 hours. It's their business model.
I would like to see Cheech and Chong improve their business model with similar high customer service standards without having to pay for it.
