“A very good product ( Nice Dreams ). I have used this for about 2 1/2 years. I have had only positive experience with your customer service, until now. It took about 5-6 weeks for my last order to be delivered. My first email was ignored for 2 weeks, my second email received a reply saying the order would ship in 1-2 weeks, but took 3 more weeks to arrive.
Besides ignoring my emails, the customer service staff seemed put out, as if they were doing me a favor. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A POORLY RUN COMPANY, what else should we expect from a company owned by absentee, semi retired, burnt out hippies. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER”
“Forget about trying to get in touch with customer service. They will never call you. They will never reply to your email. They will never reply to your questions. Other than that, this shipment was good. The last shipment they sent us all the Gummies were bad. We emailed them. We called them never gave us a response.”
“I liked the razz Psilycaps. I took four the first time I tried them, and it was something of a heroic dose—I was very glad I didn’t take more. I didn’t experience visuals, but mentally and physically it was an honest to goodness psychedelic trip and helped me work through some stuff—which was what I got them for.
With that said, it took 10 days for the first package to be delivered, and when half a month had passed and the second even hadn’t been shipped yet, I reached out for a refund for that second package. Two days later, they did that, but that was a frustration and why I only gave it three stars. Damn hippies! lol.”

“I ordered my gummy’s on August 2 and it is now August 16 and I have not received them. I called the number and was told that it was out of stock and would I like to order another flavor. Why was I not notified about this and then they asked for Age verification online which I tried to do and could not find. I’m really sad that I have to reconsider ordering from them again.”

“Shipping is always an issue. Your item arrives before you get a shipping notification. I ordered on 29 July. Order was accepted and processed. Paid extra for 3-4 day shipping. 8 Aug and still no item. It shipped 7 Aug.”
