“I really do like your products and I would normally give you a 5 star. But you really need to work on customer service. I placed an order on the 17th of July and here it was the 28th of July with no order or even an email regarding what was going on with my order. I called on the 28th and was told that you were out of one of the things I ordered. Chris was the guy I talked too. He said if I didn't want to wait I could exchange it for a differnt flavor witch I was fine with. That said, they could have let me know, either by email or phone. Your website says 3 to 5 business days. I'am a stong believer in good customer service. I do want to keep purchasing your products, but will not if some things don't change. “9 days ago I ordered something for the first time. Since then I've received 11 emails from them and no product. I got an email earlier today that a shipping label had finally been created - hurrah! Checking the tracking it's not been given to the post office.
Also noticed that shipping protection was added to my purchase. I didn't see that, didn't want it.
Did not know this was going to be spam central, did not notice shipping protection had been signed up for, and at this point just annoyed.”

“I was totally satiwoth the customer service help I recieved, but was actually unaware that there was an issue in the first place. I called to find out why my item hadn't shipped and it was because I needed to verify my age online. The verification process took all of 30 seconds, phone call was less than 5 minutes in total. I wish I had gotten an email or some kind of notification that that was the reason why my order hadn't shipped yet. Seems
like an easy solution instead of delaying shipping or making me go through all my emails and waiting for a call back from customer service.”
“Product is great. Shipping and handling not so much. So, I completed my latest order on July 4 which was my second order. According to emails, it wasn’t shipped until July 17, not cool. It's now July 20th. Now it’s delayed accroding to USPS? I ran into this similar delay with my first order. I figured it was a fluke. Maybe so, this time it’s worse. Economy shipping is supposed to be delivered in 5-7 working days according to your website. Well, it’s now at 10 “working days” and 16 calendar days. I was hoping to buy direct regularly. I really do like your product. Honestly though, your shipping leaves a lot to be desired, that’s being diplomatic compared to how I really feel. What do you suggest. Make an order a month before I really want it and maybe it’ll be here in six weeks???”
“I just received my order. I was supposed to get free sleep support CBD oil and that did not come. I ordered it through an ad on my iPhone and it was supposed to include that free item and it did not come with my order. If you’re going to advertise free stuff with an order, you should follow through”
