A very good product ( Nice Dreams ). I have used this for about 2 1/2 years. I have had only positive experience with your customer service, until now. It took about 5-6 weeks for my last order to be delivered. My first email was ignored for 2 weeks, my second email received a reply saying the order would ship in 1-2 weeks, but took 3 more weeks to arrive. Besides ignoring my emails, the customer service staff seemed put out, as if they were doing me a favor. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A POORLY RUN COMPANY, what else should we expect from a company owned by absentee, semi retired, burnt out hippies. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
