“Ordered product 8 days ago and still haven’t received notification it has shipped. Website doesn’t provide any useful information other than the order was received. In this day and age of Amazon it’s unacceptable for it to take over a week to process an order - you guys can do better, much better!”

“Order Placed on June 28th, Called your 800 number July 10th told I was to be called,I was not. Told Maui was on back order. I said ship what you have then back order when it comes in. Email later July 10th that one item on its way. Email July 11th back order on it's way. July 14th back orded gets here. July 17 item sent per email July 10th gets here.
I paid for a tracking of yours doesn't do any thing but still saying order placed. I paid extra for the faster shipping. For What???????
Not what I thought dealing right with you insted of having to drive 2 hour pluss round trip and pay more would be a good thing. would happen. I am not happy at all with this. I will order from you again, I will not be paying the extra for shipping, may it go better.

“Paid for expedited mail and did not receive the product yet. Going on 11 days when it should have been 4. No response from customer service either. Sorry dudes… I’ll try some other place next time. Good while it lasted I guess.”
“Products are great. Shipping is NOT. Customer service maybe. I’ve ordered twice. First time I paid for faster shipping and it took longer than what the regular shipping even advertised. I did get a shipping refund for that though even without asking. I decided to give another chance as things happen and they refunded the shipping to make it right on their own. So I order again and they send out a partial order this time. No reason given why it’s missing an item. I forget about it and a month later I realize I never got the item. I send 2 emails. 1st was asking the status and to either refund or I’ll wait if it’s getting shipped now. 2nd to notify I will be doing a chargeback because I heard nothing from the 1st email. I again forget about it though and just now I got notified my item shipped. It’s July 11th and ordered end of May. So order at your own risk because they don’t tell you if something is backordered and contacting them does nothing.”
“First, I emailed 3 times (once was your web contact form) and no one got back to me. So left a vmail to ak someone to call me and dfinally got to place my order. It's my third order and you folks can't seem to get it shipped. I was told it woud ship the day I ordered it. It didn't. I emailed and heard nothing, so I called. Erica said she was changing it's status so it would defnitly go out right away. Now, two more days later, the status still says label created.
You send me this review form to fill out and you haven't even shipped my order yet.
