“I am a big fan of your product but have been extremely disappointed in my last two purchases. I stead of a jar of lovely edible drops, each contained a sticky wet mess with all the edibles stuck together in a sweaty mass. Kind of gross, to be honest. I call your helpful customer service line and was told that heat during shipping was the problem and I could fix it by separating the dgummies, putting them in the fridge to chill and then recoating them with sugar
Frankly, that's not my job. I didnt order a DIY batch that I could fix at home.
I still.like your product, it tastes great and works very well, but the sliminess of these last 2 orders has me seriously considering looking elsewhere.”

Couple days later, I ate 2 at once and waited. NOTHING. On the bright side, they didn't make me feel bad, at least.”

This last experience with ordering was awful though. I still haven't recieved all of my products and I ordered on April 17th. It's currently May 9th. I missed my Cinco de Mayo celebration. I had to contact customer service twice just to get them to ship my products that I was already charged for back on the 17th. If you're gonna be this late shipping then you should at least courtesy ship it express method or something. Maybe just comp me a bottle of cruise chews but nothing was even offered other than..."We're changing shipping systems." When I read between those lines I see the writing on the wall. "Our customers are not important enough to ensure we deliver what they have already paid for." This was the worst experience. All of my others have been awesome! I'll give you guys another shot but you know what they say "fool me once..."”

I have tried Cheech and Chong flower before from a local dispensary and was very happy with everything i have purchased. so the rating is reflecting only this delivery and its really not a reflection of cheech and chong im sure it is the operators error.”
