“I gave 2 stars because I began as a regular customer & was quite satisfied. The products were just what I needed and customer service was prompt & helpful. But lately everything has changed. I have had a problem with a recent order and after 8 or so emails to support, only 1 answer...and that exchange only solved half my problem. There was an issue with the age verification system where I was verified (several times in fact) so that it did not ask me when I placed the order and yet was not applied so my order was not shipped. I FINALLY got someone at support, so they shipped 1/2 my order...I got a (2nd) confirmation on the other half but again WAS NEVER SHIPPED. Now also cannot reach customer support. I paid more than a month ago. Will not buy any more unless the issue is resolved.”
“It was fine but I was told only 12 people handle the emails and phones..so I had no problem the 1st time but this time it's been a ridiculous to order 1 bag of gummies..I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone for resolution or what the hold up was and u had paid for express service. So I hope it's resolved but who knows. It's unfortunate cause that's the part that has me saying not again.”

“My products did not ship until I sent an email to support and even after than only part of my order shipped. When I called, there was an issue and no one would have informed me if I hadn't called. I was able to get products from elsewhere with standard shipping before my order with you all even moved past the confirmation stage. Too much work for little reward.”

“I placed an order on July 5, 2025. Called to inquire about my order on July 28 because I noticed it had not shipped. I did receive a return call telling me the product I ordered was out of stock. This was not noted on the website anywhere, if it were I would not have ordered it. Fast forward to today August 6, only 2 items from my ordr have shipped. The "out of stock" item that I paid for has not yet shipped. The worst part is htat there has been no communication from the company regarding this matter !”
