“The site is okay I wish the points would be working by now and the customer support would know what's going on a little bit better I was trying to get a shirt for my father with my points and everyone told me to call support so I did 3 times and nobody knew what was going on and I was hung up on multiple times a lady put me on hold and went to do something else I heard her moving around and typing and then the call dropped. I would like to see more effort in the staff. But overall I'm not to disappointed.”

“Web site needs a lot of attention. Very frustrating as I really wanted to order 6 Cruise chews but the website just would not process it. Then after I placed an order for 3 and processed it I found a discount for 35% off. Still waiting on my delivery. I waited until the weather in Texas cooled off as the gummies would melt in transit due to the triple-digit heat. Sitting in a hot truck and then sitting in a hot carrier's vehicle and then sitting in a mailbox with triple digit temps.”
“I decided I wanted to try something different from my original gummies. Big mistake. My normal chews I can take half of one chew & feel relaxed every single time I eat one. With these, I have to take 3 at a time just to get the same relief. Not worth my money at all.”

Its hard to navigate and is missing alot of self service items, like being able to check your order status. This isnt a review on the product as I havent tried it yet. Its a review of the website which is a bit cumbersome. The order emails also needs some links and urls so folks can find things on your site.”
