I am a big fan of your product but have been extremely disappointed in my last two purchases. I stead of a jar of lovely edible drops, each contained a sticky wet mess with all the edibles stuck together in a sweaty mass. Kind of gross, to be honest. I call your helpful customer service line and was told that heat during shipping was the problem and I could fix it by separating the dgummies, putting them in the fridge to chill and then recoating them with sugar Frankly, that's not my job. I didnt order a DIY batch that I could fix at home. I still.like your product, it tastes great and works very well, but the sliminess of these last 2 orders has me seriously considering looking elsewhere.
