The products are amazing! I love the cruise chews and space chews. Tommy's nice dreams sleep tincture is the best night sleep you can ask for. This last experience with ordering was awful though. I still haven't recieved all of my products and I ordered on April 17th. It's currently May 9th. I missed my Cinco de Mayo celebration. I had to contact customer service twice just to get them to ship my products that I was already charged for back on the 17th. If you're gonna be this late shipping then you should at least courtesy ship it express method or something. Maybe just comp me a bottle of cruise chews but nothing was even offered other than..."We're changing shipping systems." When I read between those lines I see the writing on the wall. "Our customers are not important enough to ensure we deliver what they have already paid for." This was the worst experience. All of my others have been awesome! I'll give you guys another shot but you know what they say "fool me once..."
