I ordered your product Aug. 4 and was charged for it but never got a receipt or the product. Obviously you know I ordered because now you are asking for a review. I contacted support via email twice with no response. This is the fourth time I have purchased from you and never had a problem until now. Can you please respond and do something about this? $294 is nothing to sneeze at and I would like it back or the product I ordered.
