“I placed an order with these guys and paid extra for 3-4 day shipping. When my order didn't arrive in the 3-4 window I emailed customer service to find out what was going on. After 5 unanswered emails half my order showed up on day 9. On day 10 I called customer service, and found out that the other half of my order was out of stock
Now I'm confused as to why I was able to give them my money for something they knew they didn't have. So now they swapped to a different product and am still waiting for them even start the shipping process on day 11. So glad I paid extra for 3-4 day shipping. This company is a joke! I don't care how good there products may be, I will never do business with these clowns again!!”
“Don't think you want my imput as it will not be good. Placed an order 7/31/25 and got a confirmation #59284. When I didn't get a shipment date, I called and said I needed to do an age verification which I did on 8/5/25 both by phone and email! when I hadn't heard anything by 8/8/25 I again called and the guy informed me you were out of the Legands Watermelon, so I choose mixed berry and was told it would be shipped that day! What I got was an invoice for 1 cent, yes that's correct, ONE CENT!!!!! And now oit's 8/12/25 and still no product or email about a shipping date! Honestly you're holding up my order for ONE friggin penny, thought you guys were better than that, but apparently not1”
