“I ordered my item on July 16th and it has to ship. Today is July 25th. Customer service has yet to respond to my two email inquiries as to what is going on. So take that for what it’s worth.”
“Your website is not easy to use. When you click on one thing, it goes all the way back, possibly 10 pages of something that you were looking for when you try to add your information. If you do want to order something it keeps going bonkers. And asking your name and telling you. Your name is wrong and you haven't even left that that part of the depression yet. And then you give a tracking number that. Can't be tracked the package cannot be tracked. So I made my first order approximately 10 days ago. I'm still waiting on delivery, but the website as an older person. I'm gonna tell you sucks Buttermilk. Not an easy sight to get around. I had to back out of the site. I think it was 5 times before. I could finally get all my information in that's way too much time. Ask a young kid to fix it for ya. Take outhank God, I have a grandson to help me along the wbye.”
“I ordered three items on July 12, 2025 I have not received them yet. Spoke to customer service on July 23, 2025 the items have still not been shipped.
I would appreciate it if you could please ship them to me overnight”
“They are asking for a review on product not yet recieved. I placed an order 14 days ago. A label was created today, so I guess I should expect my order to arrive in another 5-7 days? Honestly unacceptable this day in age. Almost a month to recieve product. Hope it's worth it. Zero communication.”
“I’ve sent 3 -4 emails to change the shipping address and no reply. I sent my first email immediately after ordering… Never got my product. No reply. Nothing.”
“Horrible customer service follow up !!! The shipping address was incorrect. I sent 5 emails requesting they simply use the billing address as the shipping address also. The shipping was delayed by almost 3 weeks so plenty of time to correct the issue. NOPE - this morning I received an email confirming shipping. Looking at the address - no change from the original incorrect shipping address - wasted my $$$
Oh and no response at all to my emails from customer service”
