Horrible customer service follow up !!! The shipping address was incorrect. I sent 5 emails requesting they simply use the billing address as the shipping address also. The shipping was delayed by almost 3 weeks so plenty of time to correct the issue. NOPE - this morning I received an email confirming shipping. Looking at the address - no change from the original incorrect shipping address - wasted my $$$
Oh and no response at all to my emails from customer service
