“I am not happy. I ordered cosmic chews on the 11th of July, to no avail. I waited 9 days, and then I called a representative, which they then told me they were out of stock, but when I ordered them, it showed in stock, and I was supposed to receive my product within 5 days. I never received an email, or any correspondence telling me that the item was out of stock. I had to call and find out myself. That is very unprofessional!”
“The gummies are great but the service is in contrast. It's been 10 days since my order was placed, no communication whatsoever, no order status update, no shipping status update. I even reach out to your customer service to find out what happened and I don't even get a response.
This is not a way you said you would make your customers happy, especially with repeated loyal customers.”

“Product is good but customer service is terrible. I spent more than $300 and it’s never taken longer than 2-3 days for my orders to ship. I sent an email on the 6th day after placing my order asking for a status update because I hadn’t received a shipping notice. No response. On the 8th day I sent another email asking for a status update or a refund. No response. On the 9th day I finally got a shipping notice but still no response to my emails. This is a crappy way to treat longtime customers and it’s likely my last time ordering.”
“I am unsure why it took over a month for my purchase to be shipped. I emailed support three times but never got a reply. I am hopeful that it’s just a fluke and that the products are good.”
“I always order your space chews. They are the best and helps calm my anxiety and sleep at night. After ordering on July 7, I had not received a tracking number by Friday July 11. When I talked to customer service I was told you had to verify my age? Which delayed the order. I told the rep I paid for expedited service and was told it would be another 5 days. I said that was unacceptable. I also said I hope it doesn't happen again. Even though I love your product if it happens again I won't order from you again.
