Product is good but customer service is terrible. I spent more than $300 and it’s never taken longer than 2-3 days for my orders to ship. I sent an email on the 6th day after placing my order asking for a status update because I hadn’t received a shipping notice. No response. On the 8th day I sent another email asking for a status update or a refund. No response. On the 9th day I finally got a shipping notice but still no response to my emails. This is a crappy way to treat longtime customers and it’s likely my last time ordering.
