“I placed my very first order with y'all on April 2nd never got any confirmation that it was being shipped but my bank account was hit on April 2nd after several phone calls y'all finally let me know there was a problem with my shipping address which was the same as my billing address your order site does not ask you to enter a shipping address only ask for a billing address very unhappy we're on day 14 of waiting and I still have not received my package”
“Placed an order on the 6th. Tracking showed no movement of the package. Still waiting to be picked up on the 12th. Sent an email to support on the 12th and never received a response and as of the 15th tracking still says the package is waiting to be picked up by USPS. Would like my money back if I’m not going to receive the product but can’t get anyone at “support” to answer me….kinda sketchy now…pretty sad, I was really excited to try the product and wanted to support Cheech and Chong…”

“Been waiting weeks for my delivery. It’s still sitting in Utah. Customer service says it’s delivered then it will be delivered on date. Getting complete run around after spending over $250.
Have read on other sites that don’t hide bad reviews that they have dealt with same thing. A week to ship then weeks to receive. When customer service is contacted they reply with it’s out of our hands. Well how about you actually mail the stuff out?”
