“I paid good money for overnight delivery you say it was delivered. I say it was never received and no one really seems to care so therefore my five star is now one and will stay at one until somebody gives a damn about what happens with packages after their order and you receive your money.”
“I have a pending order that may or may not have shipped. I live in a high rise building and all packages are left in a package room, but it can be hard to find things in there. I won't even look unless I have confirmation that the shipment occurred but you guys are AWOL on order number 1201742. You already took the $80.97 but no sign of shipment! I subsequently ordered another product from you that I did get shipping info for. Somehow, the previous order is missing”
“Well, can't give you anything over 1 star if you are begging for a review before I even receive the item. They only thing I can go by, is it has been 3 business days and today I finally got the tracking number, but it shows that only the label is created, not actually shipped, so I am assuming it will be 4 days of handling time.
I certainly understand these specialized products can take a while, and I certainly have no problem waiting, but again, if you are ridiculous enough to beg for a review this prematurely, then I can only review the experience thus far.”
“Not very happy. Order 7/29, my order didn’t ship until 8 days later. I won’t receive my order for several days still. I also emailed and asked for the insurance to be refunded because I didn’t want the insurance, but was forced to buy it. No response. I also couldn’t buy the product I bought previously. The website says it can ship those products to my state, but wouldn’t let me buy them again.”

“Bought Psyilicaps, took 4 weeks to arrive when I paid for 4 day delivery. On arrival, I ate 3 gummies, nothing. Then another day, took the remaining 5 gummies on an empty stomach. Again, nothing. Pure rip off!”
“Ordered a bag of Psilycaps. Ended up eating the entire bag within a three hour period and did not have the first noticeable effect. Have email customer support for their " 100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and have been ignored. Will not buy any product from them again at this point.”
“I ordered a package and it never arrived. I can't get a hold of nobody and it's impossible to get any information on anything as to the whereabouts of anything. One site says that it hasn't been shipped, another site says that it's been delivered. I have nothing and all I'm doing is running around the place. This is the worst online experience I've ever had. “I would love to tell you what I think, but my original order was never delivered. I have also not heard back from support about the failed delivery (which I paid extra for a faster delivery). I in good faith re-ordered and paid in full. It sure doesn't make me a happy customer and given all this once I recieve (hopefully) this delivery I hope it is as good as the hype.
