I have a pending order that may or may not have shipped. I live in a high rise building and all packages are left in a package room, but it can be hard to find things in there. I won't even look unless I have confirmation that the shipment occurred but you guys are AWOL on order number 1201742. You already took the $80.97 but no sign of shipment! I subsequently ordered another product from you that I did get shipping info for. Somehow, the previous order is missing
