I placed an order with these guys and paid extra for 3-4 day shipping. When my order didn't arrive in the 3-4 window I emailed customer service to find out what was going on. After 5 unanswered emails half my order showed up on day 9. On day 10 I called customer service, and found out that the other half of my order was out of stock Now I'm confused as to why I was able to give them my money for something they knew they didn't have. So now they swapped to a different product and am still waiting for them even start the shipping process on day 11. So glad I paid extra for 3-4 day shipping. This company is a joke! I don't care how good there products may be, I will never do business with these clowns again!!
