Placed an order a month ago, for an item that was clearly listed as In Stock on the website. Multiple emails sent with no response. Finally called them after 2 weeks and they tell me it's out of stock and recommended I wait. 2 more weeks have passed and still nothing. After this week I'll be charging back this order with my bank.
