I like the product but... this is the second consecutive time that I place an order and a week later it still hasn't been sent out. No warning, no explanation. Just me waiting until I call and find out that 1- out of stock or 2- this last time proof of age held the order. If I had not called I wouldn't have known what the reason for the delay was. I was told that I should call soonert. That means that after I place an order, I should call the next day to find out if everything is OK?
