I gave 2 stars because I began as a regular customer & was quite satisfied. The products were just what I needed and customer service was prompt & helpful. But lately everything has changed. I have had a problem with a recent order and after 8 or so emails to support, only 1 answer...and that exchange only solved half my problem. There was an issue with the age verification system where I was verified (several times in fact) so that it did not ask me when I placed the order and yet was not applied so my order was not shipped. I FINALLY got someone at support, so they shipped 1/2 my order...I got a (2nd) confirmation on the other half but again WAS NEVER SHIPPED. Now also cannot reach customer support. I paid more than a month ago. Will not buy any more unless the issue is resolved.
