They work. plain and simple. No nasty flavors. No strange film after chewing or letting them disolve. 1 to take the edge out of the day. 2 to be mellow. 3 to be mellow and awake and enjoying it. 4 to SLEEP REALLY FREAKING GOOD. I take them. The wife takes them. The MIL takes them. Wife and MIL use it to manage various chronic pain. It just works...thats it folks. It works. Period.
