I've never tried any drug but a few of my former military family said it would help with sleep, drinking and PTSD. They were right. I sleep better, drink less and my Wife says I haven't gone to war while I sleep lately. Plus I do enjoy the mellow, relaxing feeling, not drunk but cruising along.
