Chews are lovely little pieces of peacefulness. I only take one per day and the magic continues. I am more calm when confronted with everyday irritations, such as multiple phone calls from unknown people. Ha! Ha! They are seriously good. My appetite also has changed positively. I don't know what that is about but it has evened out my appetite. I love them. Thanks, fellas.
