You will be taken care of both before AND after your order arrives! ;-) I placed an order to take with me on an upcoming flight. As the days went by I got concerned it might not arrive on time. I'll skip the details and will just say my contact with customer service was not just fruitful but it was actually enjoyable -- almost unheard of these days! Not only did they address my concerns but they went above and beyond, actually calling me (!!!) to take care of things right away. Again, when's the last time an actual person who's genuinely wanting to work it all out has called you from customer service? (I could maybe say never!) My point is, the whole experience was exceptionally positive. The product is GREAT. (I will add that if your body's not used to CBD, you may want to ease it into a full gummy.
