I stopped drinking 5 years ago. I don't miss alcohol, but I do miss chilling out at night after a long day. I was hesitant to order these as I did not want them to possibly trigger me to drink. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. They are exactly as described - just a nice, mellow chill. No munchies, no paranoia, no triggering to want to drink. And my sleep has improved as well. I just ordered for the second time. Thank you for a great product. I definitely recommend.
