I love the cruise Chews. I take one at night after dinner and it is the perfect dose, just right for me. It helps me wind down, destress and relax. I don't get the paranoid effect that I do get from thc and that's a huge plus for me. It also helps me fall asleep without any issues and I don't have to take my usual sleep medicine any more. LOVE THESE!!
